You get what you pay for when it comes to pressure cleaning

Not all pressure cleaning companies were created equally.  Companies that are licensed, insured and run the proper equipment to perform a top-notch cleaning job on your property must charge more for their services than those companies that didn’t invest much in their operation and are possibly not on the “up and up”.  Spending a little bit more to go with a reputable company will save you money in the long run.  If the work is done properly, it will need to be done less often not to mention the peace of mind you will have knowing that you’ve hired a licensed and insured contractor.  Food for thought
